Where will my order be dispatched from?

Thimwick uses fulfilment locations in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States and other locations. The dispatch warehouse is selected according to product availability and the delivery destination.

How long does delivery take?

Where can I find delivery options and charges?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you would like to make. We will check the order status and explain the available options. This does not affect cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.

How do I request a return or report a problem?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email brianmiller0js8kvr1@hotmail.com or use our contact form with your order number and a description of the request. Please contact Thimwick before sending an item back so that we can provide the relevant instructions. This period does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law. Which payment methods can I use?

Do brand loyalty schemes, samples or promotions apply?

Only promotions expressly offered by Thimwick on this website apply to a Thimwick order, subject to the terms shown with the offer. A manufacturer’s loyalty scheme, gift offer or promotion does not automatically apply to purchases from Thimwick.
