These terms concern use of this website and purchases from Thimwick, an independent beauty retailer. They should be read with our Shipping information, Returns information and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Products and brand information

Product names, sizes, shades and descriptions identify the items offered. Check the selected option before ordering. Images and screen colors may differ from the appearance of the physical item. Product packaging and ingredient information can change; read the information supplied with the item and contact us if you have a question.

Prices and checkout

Review the items, selected options, delivery details and total shown at checkout before placing an order. Use the currency and payment method displayed for your purchase. An offer or promotion applies only when expressly offered by Thimwick and subject to the conditions shown with it.

Order enquiries and availability

Keep the confirmations you receive for your order and payment. If you need a correction or cancellation, contact us promptly with your order number. If an item cannot be supplied or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and handle any payment for the unfulfilled items in accordance with applicable law. We will not replace an ordered item with a materially different item without your agreement.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Standard shipping is free, and delivery takes 7–15 business days. Thimwick accepts return requests made within 30 days of delivery. This return period and the delivery information provided with your purchase apply alongside your rights under applicable consumer law. Your account and use of the website

Thimwick is the seller for purchases placed on this website. Sisley, Sisley Paris, Hair Rituel by Sisley and associated product names, logos and brand-owned materials belong to their respective owners. These references identify products; they do not present Thimwick as the manufacturer or this website as an official brand website.
